Physical Wellness

Fitness Dice — Is your fitness routine feeling a little stale? Make a game out of it with a fitness dice! This kit includes 7 wooden dice and a booklet with 36 different exercises.

X Bands — Choose from different levels of resistance as you progress. I use them to add more challenge to my movements. I also use this long band that supports a range of targeted exercises.

Textured Foam Roller — Add rolling to your warm-ups and cool downs. This recovery roller is from Target but you can also find more at Lululemon or Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Bala Bangles — Add a bit of resistance to walking, Yoga, or aerobics with these wearable weights.

Textured Socks — This textured sock helps release and recover your feet while walking around by giving them a mini massage.

Theragun Relief — This is what I use to relieve muscle tension, stiffness, and discomfort. I also love that it’s lightweight.

Quzy Massager — This was designed to knead neck muscles but it also works for the upper and lower back.

Blue Light Blocking Glasses — Do they spend hours looking at a screen? They need this. I found several options you can order online.

HOLISTIC Experiences

I recommend gifting wellness experiences every year because it’s a fantastic way to encourage someone to try something that can shift their lifestyle for the better. If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you’ll be familiar with these wonderful ladies who have generously shared their knowledge about holistic practices.

The first two recommendations for holistic experience gifts are offered by Massagenetics. Kathy was my featured practitioner in August, and Jennifer was in September. They are located at 324 East Saint John Street, Suite B, Spartanburg, SC.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Kathy — Manual Lymph Drainage is clinically proven to help drain the "lymphatic load" of "protein-rich fluid" from the brain, organs, and tissues of the body.

  • Therapeutic Massage with Jennifer — What makes medical or therapeutic massage different is that the therapist takes your detailed medical history and does hands-on testing to evaluate your specific needs. Highly recommended gift!

Tamara Preston, Electro-lymphatic Treatment, Perfect Balance Natural Health — Tamara was also a featured practitioner in my newsletter. If you read the interview you will notice this is a different treatment than Kathy's. Both are equally important!

Mary Anne Tierney, EMF Assessment, Blue Ridge EMF Solutions — I interviewed Mary Anne for my November newsletter and what she shared about the effects of Electro Magnetic Frequencies (EMF) was eye-opening.

Give a membership or book a session for your recipient at any of these local studios.

Speaking of yoga, did you know your mat could contain toxic materials?

Some yoga mats marketed as “eco-friendly” are made of materials that present environmental and human health hazards like vinyl (PVC). Here’s  more information about it with recommended non-toxic alternatives.

And, of course, don’t forget to consider a session with the Ripple Effect Health Coach as a self-enrichment gift! :)

Gut Health Coaching — I just completed the Better Belly course from FAME (Functional Academy of Medicine & Epigenetics®) and I’ll be integrating that with my programs.

Sign up for 1-on-1 coaching with me. Book a FREE consultation here.

Email me at sherry@ripplehealtheffectcoach.com to purchase a gift certificate!

Also, keep an eye out for my 5-day Whole Food Detox Challenge and a new menopause/perimenopause workshop in the spring of 2026!

Self-Enrichment

Spark a new hobby for them, whether it’s gardening, cooking, or doing thousand-piece puzzles.

Home gardening coaching from Southern Garden Solutions — Build and learn to grow a garden that adds value to your home. I look forward to collaborating with them again soon.

Learn to grow your own food, Front Yard Foods — Laura wears many hats, from teaching you to grow veggies to making homemade sourdough. Had so much fun during her workshop.

Cooking Classes, The Cook’s Station — Sign them up for cooking classes as a gift. The Cook’s Station offers multiple classes every month.

Coloring books, painting, or word search aren’t just for kids! These can be enriching and relaxing activities for adults too. My daughter enjoys coloring both as a hobby and a calming activity. A quiet hour doing paint-by-numbers can instantly reduce cortisol levels. I have picked up my hobby of reading for relaxing! Puzzles and games also do a fantastic job of keeping the brain stimulated, especially for older adults. Barnes and Noble has a wide selection.

Feel Good Gifts

These gifts are more focused on self-care so that the recipient can look and feel better. A facial or mani-pedi does wonders in boosting one’s mood. And of course, these businesses are located in and around the Spartanburg area.

Groovy Aesthetics — Book a facial treatment as a gift. They’re located at 451 Old John Dodd Road, Boiling Springs.

Green House Salon and Spa — Their halo water experience melts the stress away and nourishes your hair and scalp.

Pamela C. Stoll, Foot Reflexology, Tender Points Reflexology — Find relief from chronic pain with foot reflexology. Pam also offers myofascial release, cupping, trigger point massage, kinesio taping, and posture training.

Free Coat Nails — This holiday design is so cute! They have locations in SC and NC. Booking an appointment for your friend and yourself is a win-win gift, don’t you agree?

Clean Gifts

If you’ve read my Food Labels Series or watched one of my This or That Reels, you’ll know that I’m an advocate for carefully knowing what you’re using around the house or putting on your food. These are the clean gifts I will continue recommending, with some discoveries this year.

  • Red Gate Essentials — Try their new amber jar soy candles for that apothecary look. Their packaging adds value to their products, making them great gifts or party favors.

  • Modern Forestry — They’re so creative with their scents! I’m also a fan of their discount offer for returning used candle glass containers.

  • 1974 Blends — Carrie makes a variety of wellness products including a cooling spray for menopause. You can find 1974 Blends at a few places around town: Wildflower Cupcake and Dessert Bar, Shoppes Off Trade in Greer, and of course, at Mayfair Art Studio.

  • Twin Creeks Lavender — Everything from their Lavender Heel Rubs (great stocking stuffer), bath salts, to their Lavender Cream (for a restful night's sleep) are amazing gifts for the holidays.

  • Oak Creek Balms and Lotions — My fave is their peach lotion. Oak Creek has a new physical address now: 1802 Drayton Road, Suite 140A. And from now until Christmas, they can also be found at Reinvintage Warehouse on Union Street Sptg.

  • NEW! Livin’ Off the Earth Skincare — I just discovered this clean brand this year, and I’m a fan! Their Revitalize Regimen is formulated for mature skin, which includes a cleanser, moisturizer, and toner.

  • Tweefontein Herb Farm Serums — I love their face serum and I also recommend checking out their balms and masks.

Reusable Water Bottle — No one should be drinking from a plastic water bottle anymore! There are so many to choose from now. I rotate between a couple of different ones just to let the bottle dry out and prevent any type of mold or mildew building up.

Glow-up Gifts

These glow-up gifts will have them feeling and looking radiant. Remember, how we express ourselves externally affects us internally, and vice versa.

Supercharge Copper Body Brush — Take dry brushing to a whole new level! Move your lymphatic system. Dry brushing is such an effective way to do it. Buy one for yourself too!

Gua Sha Facial Lifting Tool — This tool reduces facial inflammation which results in a more lifted, tighter skin. I’ve seen good options at Blue Mercury or The Detox Market.

Food

It's fun to put together a "locally made" gift!  Especially if this gift is going out of state or you simply don't know what to get someone.

The Landrum Farmer’s Market, Bellew's Market, Belue's Market, and Spartanburg Farmer's Market are great places to find local goods to fill your gift basket. Also, some grocery stores like Publix and Lowe's Foods carry locally-made products.

Farmfare Grocery — Located in Pauline, SC, their preserves, sauces, and fresh produce make thoughtful additions to a gift basket. It’s also worth mentioning that they also offer food prep classes throughout the year.

For the Home

  • Smithy’s Ironware — Go for cast iron rather than non-stick pans. What’s even better is that Smithy’s has a shop right here in SC!

  • Cookware from The Cook’s Station — Shop online for cookware, appliances, and other kitchenware; or visit them at 515 Buncombe Street, Greenville, SC.

And if you ever have questions, PLEASE reach out to me!! I am always happy to help.

Merry Christmas!
Sherry
